Medical Unit-IV is 52 bedded Medical Ward located in the DHQ Hospital Faisalabad. Prof.Dr.Khalid Ameen is Incharge of this ward with the teaching staff including Associate Professor Dr.Masood Javed, Assistant Professors Dr.Muhammad Arif and Dr.Sahar Rasul. Senior Registrars Dr.Muhammad Kashif, Dr.Muzammil Iftikhar, Dr.Mehwish Yasin, Dr.Ahmed Zamir, Dr.Awais Khalid and 20 Post graduate trainees along with 15 House officers.

This ward has regular teaching programs for post graduates as well as under graduate levels including daily teaching round, morning conference and teaching classes for medical students and paramedics. The Medical Unit-IV also manages emergency ward and outpatient department.

This ward has facility of video endoscopy and a fully equipped dialysis center round the clock throughout the week. This ward is responsible for dengue / infectious disease care programme and different activates especially preventive care. This ward also has supervisory role in Prisoner ward, Pulmonology and Nephrology Departments.
