The Gynaecology & Obstetrics Unit-III is working at Allied Hospital, Faisalabad affiliated with Faisalabad Medical University Faisalabad. The head of Unit is Dr. Tasnim Tahira, Associate Professor. Dr. Ammara Niaz is Assistant Professor. Dr. Ayesha Khalid, Dr. Samina Akram, Dr. Sadaf Naeem, Dr. Sehrish Maqsood, Nosheen Maqsood, Dr. Uzma Manzoor & Dr. Sana Sharif are designated Senior Registrars. Dr. Yasmin Imran is PWMO.. There are 28 FCPS Postgraduate Trainees. There are 8 House Officers working in the ward. There are 64 beds in the ward. The unit is actively involved in teaching and training of under and post graduates. There is a well furnished class from for discussions and medical presentations in the unit.

There is a labour ward which is common for Unit-I & Unit-III. Labour Ward consists of 40 beds distributed in Admission Room, Stage-I, Eclampsia Room & Recovery. There are three delivery rooms equipped with central O2 supply and suction facilities. For fetal surveillance, CTG and ultrasound machines are available.

There are four operation theatres with all the facilities of pulse oximetry, central O2 and nitrous supply and other necessary equipment. There are two laparoscope for diagnostic and operative laparoscopy. There is one hysteroscope and one calposcope. The unit covers emergency and outdoor on alternative days. For emergency one SR is present on floor round the clock.
